Partnership with New Zealand’s newest EV vehicle brand

Omoda Jaecoo, New Zealand’s newest car brand launched in Auckland last week, announcing a partnership with one of Aotearoa’s longest-standing environmental charities, Keep New Zealand Beautiful.

The announcement was made off the back of the release of the highly anticipated Omoda E5 electric vehicle (EV) on April 11. Both the Omoda E5 BX and EX models will be available for purchase in April from selected dealers nationwide, offering consumers an innovative and sustainable option within the market at competitive prices.

Omoda Jaecoo Country Manager, Sheldon Humphries, says

“Keep New Zealand Beautiful’s commitment to the environment and goals aligns with Omoda Jaecoo’s seamlessly. We hope that by partnering with Keep New Zealand Beautiful, we will cement our commitment to New Zealand and to supporting the work of this important organisation for future generations”.

Keep New Beautiful CEO Heather Saunderson says,

Omoda Jaecoo have unveiled plans for two further EV models, the Omoda C9 PHEV and C7 PHEV to hit the New Zealand market in late 2024 and 2025 respectively.
