Michelle Stronach-Marsh wins February Volunteer of the Month

Congratulations to Michelle Stronach-Marsh, our Volunteer of the Month for February.

Michelle runs a group called Plogging in Petone, where people can join her for a run or walk whilst picking up litter with the simple aim to create a cleaner environment whilst being healthy.

Michelle heads out with her Plogging group for either a 5km or 8km walk/run throughout the week as well as juggling being a mum and business owner.

Michelle can always be seen proudly wearing one of our KNZB retro t-shirts during her sessions and started the movement not for recognition, or thanks, but because she believes we need to lead by example. Congratulations Michelle and thank you for helping to Keep New Zealand Beautiful.

The winner of the New Zealand Couriers Volunteer of the Month receives $100, a KNZB tshirt, New Zealand Couriers bag, Resene paint voucher, Klean Kanteen drink bottle, two dreamy Vendella pillows, a 6-pack of Vista Drinks sparkling water and more – along with being automatically entered into the annual Beautiful Awards!

If you know someone who does great work keeping New Zealand beautiful, you can nominate them here.
